With the expansion in business & services recognition, Tech 360 realized that many of its services departments should be expanded into expertise–centric divisions, having their own financial, administration & technical resources which may assist them to conduct their own technology research, trainings/ certifications, procurement/ supply chain & human resources. That was the time, Tech 360 instead of getting engaged in hasty expansion, decided to build strategic partnerships with such companies which meet its expansion objectives and also agrees to their acquisitions in future, if ever required. So, from that point onwards Tech 360 started building strategic partnerships with several companies across the globe which was leading industry in specific domains while matching the core business of Tech 360. Realizing the importance of foreign exposure, the founding stake holder of Tech 360 decided to travel to US and initiated his career as Sales officer from the Silicon Valley, San Jose, CA in the year 1987. His competent was registered when he closed the project of Inventory Management for a Radiator factory in 1989. Then built & implemented CRAM Education system for Real Estate firm in 1989. In recognition of his expertise, he was offered CXO role in Electrical Power products in 1990. He then returned to Pakistan.
Realizing the importance of foreign exposure, the founding stake holder of Tech 360 decided to travel to US & initiated his career as victorious sales officer for the sales of IT products. Treasuring this exposure to fascinating US markets, developed tremendous appetite for the understanding of Information Technology infrastructure, IP connectivity, LAN / MAN/ WAN, ISP operations, Data Centers, & Software products & motivated him to pursue his career in IT & Telecom sectors.
Conceived & launched a leading IT services company, PC Mart Pakistan. Right At its embark the company effectively delivered IT equipment worth 30 million to clients. It introduced GIGABIT switches to Pakistan by securing a lucrative contract with a Canadian multinational. The company became the first to introduce Print Servers within Pakistan market. As a contractor for a foreign oil exploration firm, it provided innovative IT systems, ISDN-based telecom, provided video conferencing solutions & brought the first whiteboard to Pakistan.
In the year 2004, our founding stake holder was invited to advise the BOD through an strategic partnership between Net2Works Technologies & VitalSoft Pakistan. This partnership shaped in sheer success enabling both the companies to present services in Telecom, IT Systems, Industrial Automation & Embedded solutions, Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS). Considered to be most successful ventures with the industry the two companies accomplished immense success, collected lucrative revenues & motivated our stakeholders to launch Tech 360 in USA following the similar business strategy.
Envisioning to challenge the status quo of the industry leaders, the founding stake holders invited like minded, iconic & passionate industry gems to lay down the foundation of Tech 360 LLC in year 2006. After its success in USA, the company expanded its operations to Europe & ME through strategic partnerships with leading local companies. The preferred business focus of the company is on Health, Defense, Distribution, Hydrogenated Food Manufacturing, Beverage, Travel & Touring sectors.
Our history also includes the evolution of Tech 360 from a company to a Group, driven by our planned expansion of business operations outside the USA. In line with our expansion goals, the company strategically formed partnerships with renowned firms such as Virtual Remote LLC in 2018 and Eyedeaz in 2019. This process continued with Tech 360 signing business partnerships with Dynamiks 365 and Atom Global in 2020.
Currently, the company is in the process of acquiring industry-leading IT, Telecom, Media, and eCommerce service companies, including Telemax Solutions (Private) Limited, MAM-mon Technologies, and Systel Technologies. These acquisitions aim to initiate operations in Pakistan and nearby regions and are expected to be completed by the end of 2024.

Tech 360 ensures that all Core Team must comprise of Operative Director & Executive Management so that they could understand the valuable input from all teams and they could respond with ready hand guidance, training, and leadership when ever required. Recognizing the importance of this, our Board of Directors decided that these members should remain actively involved in company operations, opting for the role of Operative Directors instead of the less demanding Non-Operative a=Director positions. This decision created a dynamic and highly experienced Core Team, capable of effectively steering the company’s operations & make sure to achieve the collective goals.
