CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP OFFICER
ISLAMABAD
Preferably female, holding Bachelor degree in Customer Relationship Management or equivalent Masters degree
Previous experience in customer service or a related role
Experience in welcoming walk-in customers, respond to their inquiries and provide information or assistance as needed
Handle customer complaints, report support staff, ensure their compliance, access real time information & update CRM
Generate Customer Satisfaction reports on monthly, quarterly & annually basis
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs & improve customer satisfaction
Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and suggest improvements to processes
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through CRM
Stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and services
Proactively reach out to customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any potential issues
Highly presentable personality with excellent verbal & written communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills and able to remain calm and composed under pressure
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with internal stakeholders
